One of the symptoms of a freezing PS4 system is to get error code (CE-36329-3) then PS4 stops responding. In fact, this is one of the worst nightmares that every player won’t wish to see. From a technical perspective, this means the PS4 operating system loads fine until it reaches the “freezing point”, whether it is a game or setting menu or whatever that makes PS4 frozen.
